General Shipping Policy
Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases
accordingly. Due to special package requirements we may not be able to ship
products to certain areas or be constrained on our shipping options.
We ship both from our warehouse and directly from many of our distributors
and manufacturers to insure the best availability. When product is shipped from
these different locations cut off times may vary.
Our carriers include FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service
(USPS), DHL Airways, and a number of ground carriers.
We use a highly efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system-our
efficiencies result in huge savings that we pass along to you! We offer highly
competitive shipping rates as well as a wide variety of shipping options and
special deliveries under following general conditions:
- We will not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- UPS does NOT deliver on
Saturdays or Sundays.
- BizConnectors
Computing does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs
any such charges the customer is responsible. Your credit card will be charged
accordingly.
- The customer is responsible
for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or
refused shipment.
- Not all shipping methods
are available to all countries and regions.
International Shipping
International orders can only be placed by customers that call via telephone to +001 310 745-0980. No international orders
or order requests will be accepted by facsimile, postal mail, e-mail or the
BizConnectors Computing web site.
We ship to many counties around the
world. However, it is your responsibility to know the laws of your community
regarding the purchasing of the computer hardware and software. We will not be
held liable for any predicament which may arise due to the shipping of these
items. Although we ship your purchases via USPS and try our best to package, we
can not responsible for lost or confiscated orders.
Due to
local area state regulations and high fraud ratios, we have limited our shipping
to certain countries and states. These may change without notice.

Definition of Shipping
Terms
- Package Insured: If the package is
lost, damaged, or vandalized in shipment the customer will not be held liable.
The effected merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer
will be credited for the value of the damaged or lost goods.
- Package NOT
Insured: BizConnectors Computing does not offer insurance
services for this carrier or method of shipment.
- Delivery Confirmation: Tracking
and / or Delivery information is available for these orders. When UPS Services
are used the on-time delivery of the package is guaranteed. If a package is
delivered late the customer will be credited for the shipping costs.
- Business Day: UPS has a 5 day
work week, Monday - Friday, packages will only be delivered on these days. The
USPS has a 6 day work week, Monday - Saturday, packages will only be delivered
on these days.
Definition of Shipping
Methods
- UPS 2nd Day: Delivery in 2-3 business days after order is shipped
(Mon - Fri).
- UPS Overnight: Delivery next business day after order is shipped (Mon
- Fri).
- FedEx Standard Overnight: FedEx Standard Overnight is the
only shipping method available for orders that must ship on Saturdays, or to
Alaska and Hawaii. In accordance with FedEx shipping policies, the FedEx
carrier must obtain a signature at time of delivery.
- Standard Shipping: Package NOT insured. Delivery within
an average of 7-20 business days, up to 3 weeks after order is shipped.
Delivery times are (Mon - Sat) for the continental United States. Other states
delivery times may vary.
- USPS Priority Shipping: Package NOT
insured. Delivery within an average of 2-4 business days, up to 10 business
days after order is shipped. Delivery times are (Mon - sat) for the
continental United States.
- UPS Int'l Priority: Delivery in 2 - 5 business days after order is shipped
(Mon - Fri) to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
- USPS Air Mail: Delivery in up to 6
weeks, 1-4 week average.
- UPS Ground: An excellent choice for routine shipments.
Delivery in 5-7 days to every address in the Continental United States,
Full Visibility tracking enables you to know where your package is. 3 Delivery
attempts at NO additional charge. Packages insured, delivery confirmation
within 30 minutes of delivery. Reaches
every urban and rural address throughout the 48 contiguous states. Average
delivery time is 5-7 business days, with guaranteed delivery dates for
commercial addresses. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take
additional days.
If you need to specify an alternate shipping method
or some other type of special handling for your order, please add your request
in the comments field during the check-out process.
Shipping Status
Indicators For every order that you make on our
site, we clearly indicate the current shipping status of the item, tracking
number and a link to the carrier home page or
tracking page (if available by the carrier). These status indicators are guidelines only, and do not
constitute a guarantee.
Credit Approval Credit approval and order transmission
can take several minutes, and may take longer for new customers and/or larger
orders.
Oversized or Overweight
Shipments Shipments whose
dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to
additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight
receiving facilities at the ship to address.
Signature and Physical
Address All orders require a
signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship
to a post office box address or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.
Rerouting Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for
customer security and logistical reasons.
