We really want you to be pleased with your order
and your on-line shopping experience. BizConnectors Computing offers a 14-day
return policy on selected items based on the manufacturer return policies
otherwise all purchases are final. Some products may come with a manufacturer's
Money Back Guarantee (MBG). In these instances, please directly contact the
manufacturer. We will be happy to credit,
refund or exchange at our discretion any factory sealed unopened item within 14 days from the
invoice date according to following conditions:
- Any returned item must be complete in
manufacturer's packaging with all accessories and UPC codes.
- Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are
outlined in our return policy. Terms of the manufacturer's warranty
apply from day one.
- All returned items will incur a 18.5% restocking
fee to cover charges that occurred while processing your order.
- Any returns will be refunded the lower of either
the purchase price or current item price.
- Shipping charges are not refundable and we do
not pay for postage on returns.
- Your items must be returned to us in the same
condition as when originally shipped.
- Opened items
cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective items claims must be received within one week of
receiving your order.
- Defective items will
receive prompt attention for exchange and will be replaced with the same
item.
- Open box software is non-returnable.
Return Instructions
To
exchange or return an item, follow the directions below:
1. A
return authorization (RA) number is required to return a product.
Use the link below to send us an email describing reason for
return. You will receive a Return Authorization
(RA) number upon approval that must be
on your package to facilitate the exchange process. For our employees safety,
any packages sent to us without an RA number will be refused and sent back to
the customer.
For faster service, please add the following
information when emailing for an RA number: customer name, invoice/order number,
Item number and serial number (if applicable), and nature of the problem.
You'll also receive instructions for sending your product back
and an address for the return. Return

2. Package the item securely and send it back with
your receipt or a copy. Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable
condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC
codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, registration card(s),
software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on
any product that does not meet these requirements.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment
tracking number. BizConnectors Computing strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in
case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that
can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Subsequent to an approval authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of
a check may take up to 30 days.
Defective Items
Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt
and notify us immediately in case of any defective items. Defective items
claims must be received within one week of receiving your order.
In the rare case of receiving a defective item, it
will receive prompt attention for exchange and will be exchanged for the
same item. To exchange your defective item,
simply follow the procedures below:

Non-returnable Products
Due to manufacturers' policies and
restrictions, some manufacturers products may not be returned to
BizConnectors Computing for exchange, replacement or credit under any
circumstance. To determine whether your item falls under this category
please contact us at: returnitems@bizconnectors.com with information
about the item and its manufacturer. The manufacturer can repair defective
merchandise at any authorized service center in your area.
Software and Video Games
Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days
of invoice date. Open box software is non-returnable. The customer assumes
responsibility for verifying compatibility of software as printed on
manufacturing package.
Licensing
BizConnectors Computing must approve all licensing
returns. Generally, all licensing sales are final. However, many software
vendors will allow exception returns within the first 14 days. In some
cases, a replacement order is required.
Video Games
Unopened video games may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days
of invoice date. Open box video games are non-returnable. The customer assumes
responsibility for verifying compatibility of video games.
